We are situated on the edge of a typical French village, Badecon-Le-Pin, surrounded by of miles of open country side and farm land, on the edge of the Brenne Natural Park, the river Creuse and the Lake at Eguzon with its beach and leisure Activities.  The village has bars, a restaurant, a baker, butcher, hairdresser, post office and general store. The medieval riverside towns Argenton -Sur-Creuse and Gargilesse  are close by (5-10 minutes).

There are numerous leisure activities in the area, including, swimming (pool, river and lakes with beaches), climbing, walking (randonnée), canoeing, boating,  mountain-biking, bird watching (twitching), tennis, golf, hiking opportunities, the Centre region also offers a whole range of tracks suitable for cycling and horse-riding. The gite shares a secluded walled garden (with our other gite), where you can make the most of the French sun (not guaranteed), and use the above ground pool.

English TV included, washing machine and internet connections are available. Please enquire about details.

We can provide a travel cot but ask that you provide the bedding.

Prices start at 375€ per week. Please check prices and availability.

The price includes bed linen, towels  and an hospitality pack.

Well behaved pets are allowed as long as they are friendly and won't trouble the other guests. They are not allowed in or on the beds and you must clear up any dog mess immediately, you will have to stay in one of the downstairs bedrooms as these have tiled floors. There is a supplement of €5.00 per night for dogs.

The property is available from 4pm and should be vacated by 11am on changeover day, usually Saturday

You are reminded that you should take out holiday insurance to cover any losses including holiday cost, medical cover, etc.
