For anyone looking for a short break without the hassle of self catering, we can offer the use of our self catering accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis during out of season months. A traditional bread oven and small barn, beautifully converted into a welcoming gite, with many quaint features. It offers a spacious double bedroom, a lounge, modern bathroom with a good sized kitchen and dinning area. It sleeps 2 people comfortably, but can sleep 4 people if you choose to utilise the bed settee in the lounge area.     

Alternatively, we have a number of double and twin rooms incorporated in our main house for use as bed and breakfast (b & b) accommodation and can also offer a family room that has a double bed and a double futon at a cost of €65 per night for 2 adults and up to 2 children.

We can provide a travel cot but ask that you provide the bedding.

Priced at €48.00 per night for a double/twin room, for 2 people, a continental breakfast of yogurt, toast, jam and coffee is included.

A five course evening meal with wine can be provided at a cost of €18.50 per person. Children are charged at a rate of €12.00. Coffee and Wine (1/2 bottle per person) are included. The meal usually consist of aperitifs, starter, main course, cheese and dessert . We also have a selection of wines and beers for purchase after your meal should the mood take you.

Well behaved pets are allowed as long as they are friendly and won't trouble the other guests. They are not allowed in or on the beds and you must clear up any dog mess immediately, you will have to stay in one of the downstairs bedrooms as these have tiled floors. There is a supplement of €5.00 per night for dogs.

Transport - We can pick you up from Limoges airport at a cost of €60 each way, and if you require transport to travel around the area to view properties for sale then we charge €60 per day plus 20 cents per km.

We are situated on the edge of a typical French village, Badecon-Le-Pin, surrounded by of miles of open country side and farm land, on the edge of the Brenne Natural Park, the river Creuse and the Lake at Eguzon with its beach and leisure Activities.  The village has bars, a restaurant, a baker, butcher, hairdresser, post office and general store. The medieval riverside towns Argenton -Sur-Creuse and  Gargilesse are close by (5-10 minutes). The main motorway (auto route) the A20 is only 10 minutes away and runs through central France. It runs from Paris, through Orleans, Chateauroux, Argenton-Sur-Creuse, Limoges and down to Toulouse.

There are numerous leisure activities in the area, including, swimming (pool, river and lakes with beaches), climbing, walking (randonnée), canoeing, boating,  mountain-biking, bird watching (twitching), tennis, golf, hiking opportunities, the Centre region also offers a whole range of tracks suitable for cycling and horse-riding.
